WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

HOW DO I TREAT MY NEW LEATHER AND STRAP PRODUCT?
We suggest using Hide Food to care for your leather products every 4-8 weeks. Regular conditioning will extend the leather's natural life, color, and characteristics. In addition, conditioning helps to protect the products against excessive sunlight, dryness, moisture, and heat.

If you need to clean your leather products, we recommend using a leather cleaner with a microfiber cloth. Always test a small portion of the leather cleaner on the back of the product before applying it to the entirety of your product.
To minimize damage from spills, wipe the product down as soon as possible with a slightly damp, clean cloth to minimize harsh stains. Let the product dry completely, then apply our Hide Food to recondition and re-shine the surface.

We make use of Courier Guys for local deliveries and Postnet to Postnet for Farms or rural addresses.

Depending on stock levels, your package will be shipped within 1-7 working days after we have received your order and payment confirmation. Your package should arrive in 1-3 working days thereafter, depending on the delivery address SA Only... For International Shipping please contact us!
